For all holiday bookings made through the Boutique des Pyrénées, up until the day of departure, a cancellation without charge and a 100% cash refund of the prepaid sums will be granted for the following reasons:
WITHOUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE
1. Strict traffic ban (general confinement of populations) by government decision.
2. French department of departure “confined”.
3. Destination of arrival “confined
4. Any other case of general travel restriction
5. Closure of the resort or our residences at the time of the stay (pro rata refund + costs if the stay has begun)
WITH CANCELLATION INSURANCE
offered by the Boutique des Pyrénées (at the rate of 3.5% of the total cost of the stay),
1. Individual illness :
If the hirers (all or some of the occupants) have been diagnosed as COVID-19 positive before the planned departure date of the trip (on presentation of medical proof).
In this case, reimbursement will be covered by the insurance.
