The Pic du Midi is a renowned scientific observatory. Thanks to the purity of its air and the stability of its atmosphere, it has been classified as an International Dark Sky Reserve.

The adventure takes place in the precious Baillaud dome, built in 1908. Comfortably seated in reclining seats, with a huge dome over their heads, visitors are taken on a journey through the stars and planets, on a hemispherical screen 8 metres in diameter. It’s total immersion and a fabulous show.

The Experiments area, with over 500m² of exhibits, allows visitors to discover the activities carried out by scientists in the observatory.
It’s a fun way to learn about the sun, cosmic rays, meteorites, stars and the atmosphere.
