In winter, the exuberant, tumultuous waterfalls of the Cirque de Gavarnie come to a standstill. The shapes are convoluted, the colours varied: blue, white, transparent, golden… The spectacle remains fascinating. The waterfalls freeze over to offer a new challenge:ice climbing! Without a moment’s hesitation, harnessed with crampons and ice axes and under the expert guidance of Laurent, your guide, you embark on your ascent in this idyllic setting. Less technical than rock climbing, the experience is unique!
