You arrive at your hotel and settle in quietly.
Dinner is served in the restaurant of your charming hotel.
You then return to your cosy little nest and enjoy a lovely night at altitude.

Day 1
Stroll around Cauterets and berlingot tasting
After breakfast, set off for a stroll through this pretty village with one of the most prestigious pasts in the history of the Pyrenees and some remarkable typical architecture. Discover the railway station and its western atmosphere, the Maison du Parc and a berlingot-making shop for a demonstration and tasting.
We also suggest you discover the Vallée de la Fruitière for a refreshing stroll along the streams.
You will then return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 2
A stroll around the Pont d’Espagne and a dip in the pool
Time for a good breakfast.
Then it’s off to discover the beautiful countryside of Cauterets – Pont d’Espagne, an emblematic site in the Pyrenees National Park, a veritable Garden of Eden. The Puntas gondola lift and the Gaube chairlift make for an effortless visit. You can have lunch on the banks of the splendid Lac de Gaube, at the foot of the Vignemale, the highest peak in the French Pyrenees.
Then it’s time for relaxation and well-being at the Les Bains du Rocher spa centre, in a refined atmosphere. The outdoor lagoon, with its bubbling water features, allows you to bask on the rocky slopes in water at 38°C.
You will then return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Your hotel is located in the centre of Cauterets, a small Pyrenean holiday village. With their air of English “ladies”, the two sisters, Bernadette and Rose Marie, despite being natives of the area, have created an environment in this family home that reflects their image. Lace and embroidery, pink or blue bedspreads and antique knick-knacks make the place a real ‘bonbonnière‘. The bedrooms are love nests where every detail – like the lavender sachets hanging from the wardrobe door handles – imbues you with romance.
