You’ll love
A holiday for families looking foroutdoor activities.
The activities on offer are a combination of the elements of water and earth, the ideal opportunity to discover new things while having fun and exercising.
Challenges are usually the order of the day to see who will be the strongest: the parents? or the children?
Full-day hike
You meet at 9.30am.
You’ll begin your stay by discovering one of the region’s most beautiful areas: the Néouvielle National Nature Reserve. As you hike along, you’ll discover a host of colourful high-altitude lakes surrounded by hooked pines. This is an easy hike that will get you in shape for the rest of your stay.
D+: 400 m or around 4h/5h of walking.

Mountain biking and laser shooting
This morning you’ll be heading back up into the mountains, but you’ll be riding your mountain bike up and down the forest tracks.
After a picnic break, in the afternoon you’ll have to combine skill and running! Like biathlon, laser shooting is a fun activity that makes you sweat, but also requires concentration and agility. After several trial shots, it’s off to a series of relays combining precision shooting and a sporting course.

Climbing and caving
A day of rock climbing!
In the morning, you’ll have an introductory climbing session in an area with a beautiful view over the Aure valley. The guide will advise you on how to reach the top of the route. A session lasting 2 to 3 hours.
In the afternoon, you go under the rock to discover caving. You’ll have to crawl and twist to follow your guide back to the exit. For around 2 hours, you’ll be in for a real treat.
Suspension course and orienteering
In the morning, on the Moudang suspension course, you will cross monkey bridges, via ferrata ladders and zip lines on different routes depending on your level.
The afternoon is devoted to searching for beacons. With map in hand and trainers on your feet, you’ll have to work as fast as you can to finish your orienteering race.
Once you’ve crossed the finish line, you’ll have time to collect a few things before heading off into the mountains for your bivouac.
Once you’ve set up camp and collected the wood, all you have to do is enjoy a good barbecue and the stars.
Return to bivouac and rafting
After a sweet night under the stars and a good breakfast, you return to the valley and your accommodation for a shower.
In the afternoon you board your inflatable boat for a rafting session. With your guide at the helm, it’s up to you to paddle the rapids.

Canyoning thrills
To round off your stay, you’ll spend the day in a Spanish canyon. Jumps, slides and swimming are on the programme, accessible to all the family, and to reassure the most anxious, the sensational sections can be avoided.
