Day 2

Animal encounters and adrenalin-fuelled rafting

This morning, take time out to visit the Parc Animalier des Pyrénées. Set on a hillside at the entrance to Argelès-Gazost, it is home to over 600 animals of 100 different species living in semi-liberty. See bears, wolves, marmots, deer, isards, otters and hinds…. Play with Pilou, Noisette and Milka, the marmots, and stroke Bambi and Caline, the roe deer. Dive into the underwater world of Tarka and Luna, the otters. Share the intimacy of the brown bears. Enjoy the freedom of the isards, the fun of the squirrels and the mischief of the foxes. Enter the mysterious and wild territory of a pack of wolves. Let yourself be guided by the guides’ explanations. You can mould the footprints of your favourite animals and leave with unforgettable memories. In short, you’ll get to know these animals better and see nature in a different light.

After lunch, you’ll take to the river Gave on a raft. Your instructors know the secrets of each rapid. They will guide you and guarantee you an unforgettable experience!

Day 3

Hautacam Park and discovery of the eagles

To start the day, you’ll head off to the Hautacam leisure park for some family fun.

Then you’ll head back down to the plain of Argelès-Gazost to discover the Donjon des Aigles, where an exceptional show awaits you. This historic site, a remarkably converted 11th-century feudal castle, is home to one of the most prestigious collections of birds of prey: kites, vultures, eagles, eagles, falcons and buzzards rub shoulders with parrots. Don’t miss the spectacular flight demonstrations. The birds of prey and parrots perform to music. As they fly over the castle ruins, you’ll feel as if they’re brushing past you.

Day 4

Walk to Cauterets-Pont d’Espagne

Today, you’ll enjoy discovering Cauterets-Pont d’Espagne, an emblematic site in the Pyrenees National Park, a veritable Garden of Eden.
The Puntas gondola lift and the Gaube chairlift make for an effortless visit. You can have lunch next to the Pont d’Espagne waterfalls or on the banks of the splendid Lac de Gaube, at the foot of the Vignemale, the highest peak in the French Pyrenees. The more adventurous can even go for a swim!

Day 5

Acrobatic course for the whole family

A day of fun and recreation as you venture onto the acrobatic course suspended in the trees. Tyrolean traverses, monkey bridges, Nepalese bridges, flying stirrups… a whole programme in the trees that may or may not reveal your incredible sense of balance and your ability to coordinate your movements. There are over 130 activities on offer. 13 courses to suit all levels, with progressive heights and levels of difficulty. 4 courses reserved for children aged 4 and over. Interactive audio panels on fauna, flora and the most beautiful local legends. Arboretum, picnic area, snack bar. Also available from the park: rafting, canoeing, mini-rafting and canyoning.

Day 6

Magnificent views from the Pic du Midi

Today, you’ll cross the Col du Tourmalet, the highest road pass in the Pyrenees and the highest point on the Grande Route des Cols, to enjoy an exceptional adventure at the Pic du Midi. The experience begins with a spectacular aerial journey aboard the Pic du Midi cable car. At the summit, take time to visit the site, stroll along the terraces, venture onto the vertiginous Ponton in the sky and admire the view of the Pyrenees chain. Exceptional! You can even enjoy a tasty lunch at the summit, with its fabulous panoramic views.

Day 7

Laughter and relaxation at the water park

It’s all set up for a day of relaxation, games and refreshment at Lau-Folie’s water park for young and old! Set in a magnificent area of almost 2 hectares, the Aquaparc offers a host of activities: pools, slides, tennis court, beach volleyball, inflatable games, etc. Those who love sliding and thrills can try the Kamikaze slide: 8.5 m high and a direct, safe drop for big thrills! For the little ones, there’s a children’s area with a paddling pool, mini-slide and mushroom sprinkler. The snack bar and shaded green areas are ideal for an outdoor picnic.

Day 8

Departure day

After all these emotions and moments of happiness, it’s time to leave…
