The Louron Valley

The peaks of the Louron valley are proudly reflected in the deep blue of Lake Génos-Loudenvielle. Accessible by car, it is a real rallying point in the valley, its shores adorned with paths for scenic walks, fun activities for children and picnic areas. In summer, try your hand at paddle-boarding on the calm waters, while in winter, the lake and its surroundings are enchanted by the snow. Just a stone’s throw away, the warm waters of Balnéa and the villages of the valley complete the experience.

Life-size leisure park

Easily accessible, the banks of Lake Génos-Loudenvielle are a real playground for families. Dominated by the Château du Moulor, you’ll find plenty of great ideas for activities in the valley.

Relaxation at Balnéa

On the lakeside, behind the glass façade, Balnéa, the balneotherapy centre, welcomes families for moments of play and well-being in naturally warm water. Its themed areas entertain children and relax parents, with the added bonus of mountain views.

Flying over the lake

Lovers of thrills and free flight are in paradise here. The Louron valley is renowned for its special aerological conditions, making it “THE” spot for hang-gliding in the Hautes-Pyrénées. Take off from Val Louron and land by the lake: unprecedented, grandiose, fantastic!

If you want to play like a fish in the water, head to Ludéo, the aquatic complex.
