Your first day begins with relaxing treatments in the warm waters of Luzéa, the spa and wellness centre in Luz-Saint-Sauveur. Continue your relaxation with free access to therelaxation area.
Take advantage of your afternoon to go for a walk, perhaps between the centre of Luz and the thermal baths, in the footsteps of the imperial couple Napoléon III and Eugénie, admiring the restored landscapes and the works of artists that enhance the setting.
Depending on what you fancy, you can go on to explore the surrounding area, whether it’s a walk in the valley or an excursion to an emblematic site in the Pyrenees.
The day ends with a delicious dinner prepared by your host Cathy.
Another treatment session and a moment of well-being at Luzéa.
Afterwards, you can explore the Château Sainte-Marie, a medieval vestige with a breathtaking view over the Luz valley. You can also choose to visit one of the major sites nearby.
At the end of this wonderful day, return to the hotel for a final convivial dinner.
Before leaving Luz, enjoy a final jaunt to one of the sites you haven’t yet explored. Whether it’s the Cirque de Gavarnie, the Pic du Midi, the Col du Tourmalet or a hike in the Pyrenees National Park, there are plenty of options to round off your stay in style.

Access from La Mongie station by cable car – Option to eat on site at the summit. The Pic du Midi offers daytime visits, stargazing evenings and overnight stays at the summit. Mountain biking is also available from the summit in summer.

The Pic du Midi cable car: simple, easy access to the highest peaks!
The Pic du Midi cable car takes passengers on a spectacular journey to the summit, at an altitude of 2,877 metres, where the 1,000 m² of terraces offer a 360° view of the Pyrenees, the great plains of the South West and the foothills of the Massif Central. The view is unique and the panorama exceptional.
But the Pic du Midi also boasts a valuable observatory for scientists, and thehighest museum in Europe, which passionately recounts the human epic of the construction of this exceptional site.
