The more accessible routes stretch along the hillsides, offering breathtaking views of the Pic du Midi, whose observatory and dome are easily recognisable. Others criss-cross mysterious forests, leading to fountains with reputed virtues.
As you gain altitude, the routes become more technical, but the grandiose landscapes, with their fairground barns and vast panoramas over the valley, make every effort worthwhile.

This easy, accessible green trail leads to the heart of the forest, where a spring renowned for its beneficial properties is hidden. For generations, visitors have come here to replenish their supplies, filling jerry cans with water or even immersing themselves in the water.
The itinerary covers 8 km (round trip) with only a slight gradient (163m D+).

The spring springs from a fountain protected by a stone canopy, followed by a small stream and a pool where you can soak in the clear, cool water (15°C). This fountain is reputed to treat skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and acne.
The routes in Haute-Bigorre are mainly technical, with seven routes ranging from medium to very difficult, including the Baysaou, a 16km route through the unspoilt Lesponne valley, with two descents.
However, there are also three more accessible circuits, allowing as many people as possible to discover the pleasures of riding.
