The Hautes-Pyrénées has a long history of road cycling, and owes its legend to the Tour de France, which has criss-crossed the region since 1910. But beyond the asphalt, there’s another playground for lovers of two wheels: mountain biking, in the heart of nature, on marked trails or prepared courses, on mountainsides or in the shade of fir trees. Downhill, enduro or cross-country: each valley has its own spots to suit all levels.
